6 Key Takeaways
Carbon Reduction
24% absolute carbon reduction from our 2021 baseline
We’ve reduced our emissions by 24% in 2024 compared to our 2021 baseline, bringing us halfway to our decarbonisation target of a 50% reduction in absolute emissions by 2027. This achievement highlights our ongoing success in decoupling business growth from our carbon footprint.
Virgin Leather Phase Out
28% absolute carbon reduction in product emissions alone compared to our 2021 baseline
Product emissions make up around 70% of our total carbon footprint, so any decrease here has a significant impact overall. Since 2021, we’ve reduced our product emissions by 28%, and phasing out virgin leather played a major role here.
Scaling Innovation
5 Fabrics of the Future innovations
We succeeded in increasing the use of Fabrics of The Future in our commercial collections from 1 to 5. This highlights our continuous commitment in supporting and advancing material innovations.
Living Wage
63% suppliers paying a living wage
Since the programme started, we have onboarded 43% of our suppliers to the living wage programme. We have identified that 20% of our suppliers either have collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) in place or already pay above the regional living wage benchmark. The 37% that are now pending review is where the work for 2025 sits, to ensure that all contractual suppliers are paying a living wage by 2025.
